Ultimate luxury on one of the world's best beaches!
Baraza is up there with the crème de la crème of luxury in Zanzibar. The unique architectural style is born of the vision of a bygone era of Omani Sultans and Sultanas lazing in a heady flow of luxury silks. Ornately adorned passages giving way to archways opening into cavernous halls with sumptuous day beds where the eye is drawn on to the distant ocean framed by the intricate archways. It really is that breath taking, atmospheric and capable of transporting you through time.

A bold statement of style, design and ethos !Under blue skies accented by pristine powder white sands, aqua pools and luscious gardens, Kilindi is a truly unique vision of peace and tranquillity. It’s not for everyone, and if you’re looking for a lively atmosphere and more importantly fully air conditioned accommodation with all the mod cons, Kilindi might be too minimalistic for you. However we really can not recommend this lodge highly enough, speak to any of our agents and they will wax lyrical about their first hand experiences of Kilindi.

Changing the definition of luxury for a generation of conscientious travellers.
The resort is stylish and immaculate throughout with the lush mature tropical gardens around the rooms and suites providing a wonderful environment in which to relax. We stayed in an Ocean Front suite and the view was beautiful, with the beach and sea just metres away. The villas are huge, perfect for families and large groups wanting plenty of space to relax and looking for a real 'home away from home'.

Beautiful family accommodation, perfect for all types of groups.
As one of Zanzibar’s most established and well-loved properties, Breezes undoubtedly has the essence of Zanzibari design running through its fingers down to the powder white sands of Bwejuu beach. The hotel was the first incarnation from the Raguz family who went on to build The Palms and Baraza in the decade following Breezes completion. Each room is furnished entirely in hand crafted wood and turned by a team of over 50 local craftsmen. Throughout the public areas are beautiful chests, tables, seats and day beds again attributed to the local carpenters.
